all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.
Project Cancellations
If a client wishes to cancel a project before work has started, they may request a cancellation in writing. Any deposits or upfront payments made prior to the start of work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:
The project has not yet started.A billing error occurred on our end.
Revisions & Adjustments
